Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here. I’m Jean Verneus, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 26 years of experience in counseling. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also offer premarital counseling and work with couples who want to strengthen communication and connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I take time to understand your story, strengths, relationships, and what brings you to therapy before we determine where to go from there. Together, we’ll identify what you want to change, develop a plan that fits your needs, and adjust our work as you move forward. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe our relationships and environments can shape how we experience life, even when we come to therapy on our own.
